PrivaComm File Transfer

Features:

 View on Receipt
    Peer-to-Peer
    Authentication
    In-line Encryption

If you ever needed to quickly send a co-worker a document (privately & secure), PrivaComm gives you the tool to do it.  Using the PrivaComm IM module, users can safely exchange documents and collaborate.

Parties in a PrivaComm IM session can securely exchange files (of any kind) using the sessions' encryption method.  Once received, the receiver can quickly view the file/document in its associated program.  In this manner, documents can be exchanged and viewed for a level of collaboration that's hard to beat.

View on Receipt
Generally, when receiving files, the next step is to view the received document.  Upon receipt of a transferred file or document, the user is given the option to quickly view the file using its associated viewer or program.  This further enhances collaboration by minimizing the steps often required to view the contents of files.

Peer-to-Peer
PrivaComm establishes 'True' Peer-to-Peer connections.  Nothing is between the parties in a PrivaComm IM session except the infrastructure that forms the network.  This results in a speedy by-directional exchange between users.

Authentication
PrivaComm IM sessions begin with multi-level authentication to ensure both parties are who they a-peer to be.  Outside intruders are disallowed from gaining access to the PrivaComm IM technology.

In-line Encryption
Data sent between parties in a session is Encrypted using the High-Level Encryption used throughout the PrivaComm Suite.  In addition, each session utilizes a different Encryption Key to further ensure Privacy.
