Perhaps the best feature of the Email module is the
level of privacy it affords PrivaComm users. But why stop
there? PrivaComm Email contains all of the features and capabilities
you'd come to expect in an email client, and much more. This
Proprietary email system allow us to go beyond the archaic and insecure
design of the internets' SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
Automated Address Book
The PrivaComm Email system knows who the users are and therefore allows us
to automate the Address Book. You can forget about exchanging email
addresses, it's simply not necessary. When you compose an email you
select the recipient and CCs from a list of authorized PrivaComm
users.
Automated Mail Manager
As with the address book, knowing who's who affords us with the
opportunity to automate the organization of emails for the user.
When the user sends an email, a folder for each recipient is created and a
copy of the email is placed there. Likewise, when an email is
received, a folder is created for the originator and the received email is
placed there. In this manner, the users' email is well organized
through automation. Locating past emails becomes practically
effortless. What's more, using the Mail Manager, through its' use of
folder trees, mail lists and preview window., the user can quickly preview
email contents. In addition, any attachments are clearly and
conveniently listed for the displayed email., double-clicking the
attachment will display it using its' associated program. For
example: Double-clicking a Word Document attachment will promptly display
the document using the Word program.

Attachments
Rather than simply attach the attachments, they're encrypted along
with the email package for transmission and are afforded the same
level of privacy.

No SPAM!
Another plus for a private email system is the absence of SPAM
(unsolicited junk mail). In most systems, try as you may, the junk
often finds its way to your mailbox. With PrivaComm, the level of
authentication required to send email to the system prevents any
unauthorized outsider from sending mail to the system.
Rich Text Format (RTF) Editor
You've seen the ability to format email contents using HTML in some email
clients. It's an awkward concept, to say the least. With
PrivaComm, email is composed using its RTF editor which contains the
ability to format text using Bold, Italic, Underline,
• Bullets, <-Indents-> and COLOR
in a multitude of fonts and sizes (limited only by the fonts installed on
the user PC).
On the Server Side
The administrator is able to limit who certain users can originate email
to. In most cases, upper management doesn't require that every
person in the organization send him/her email. Users who are limited
or restricted can still receive and reply to email from unrestricted
